How It Works

Step 2 – Get Approved
We review your application within 2–3 business days. Approved partners receive access to our affiliate portal.
Step 3 – Share & Promote
Use your unique referral link across your blog, website, email list, YouTube, social media, or ad campaigns.
Step 4 – Earn
Receive commissions every time a referred user takes a qualifying action such as:
- Signing up for premium job listings
- Posting jobs as an employer
- Purchasing resume boost services
Payouts & Commission Structure
Commission Rates:
- 15% per employer signup with paid job listing
- 10% on resume services purchased by job seekers
- Recurring income for up to 90 days per referred user
Payment Terms:
- Payouts are processed via PayPal or bank transfer
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
- Payouts are made on the 15th of every month
Example Earnings:
- 10 employer referrals = $450
- 50 resume service referrals = $250
