Work Model: Remote-First

Employment Policies

Probation Period

All full-time hires are subject to a 90-day probation period during which performance and cultural fit are assessed. Feedback is shared transparently.

Performance Reviews

Conducted semi-annually and based on OKRs, peer feedback, and individual growth.

Exit & Offboarding

Should you choose to move on, we provide structured offboarding, exit interviews, and assistance with career transition when applicable.
